MOUNTAIN VIEW CHRISTIAN ACADEMY, VA: 0
FVCS Middle School Boys got back on the winning track with a balanced scoring attack at Mt. View in Stephen's City. Elijah Lash lead FVCS with two goals. Ian Sumrall started the scoring within the first minute with a nice slotted goal and Ezra Lash added the second FVCS goal less than two minutes later. Six FVCS players scored; Carson Bus, Ben Worsham, Nick DeMoss, Ben Sexton, Will Lunsford and starting goal keeper John Finn was relieved of his duties in the second half and netted his first goal of the season. The final was 10-0, the Pioneers third shutout of the year.
"It was another solid team effort today. I really like seeing multiple players score. That lets me know we are sharing and moving the ball." coach Sumrall said.
