FVCS Boys Middle School rolled St. Joe's in Martinsburg, WV to take their record to 6-2. Missing four starters from Mondays's game did not slow down the potent Pioneer attack. Nick DeMoss and Nick Chilbert each got their first starts of the season and put in solid performances. Ian Sumrall continued his strong scoring run by netting his second straight hat-trick. Noah Phillips score his first goal of the year. Jansen Beals, John Finn, Ezra Lash and Ben Worsham also scored to make the final score 12-2.
"We had to move some guys around tonight to make up for some starters missing from the line-up. These guys are great though. It doesn't seem to matter where I put them on the field. Each has a good understanding of what we are trying to accomplish. It was a good night for us," coach Sumrall said after the game.
