Fresta lost by 9 after trying to overcome another sluggish start to the game scoring only 13 points in the first half. The Pioneers struggled shooting the ball (28%), but relentlessly pursued the ball on defense and cut into the lead. They could not get closer than 5 points though in the second half. Dominic Powers led the way in scoring and rebounding, with 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 7 steals. Michael Stanley finished with 13 points and Ben Freer contributed 9 boards.
