MT. VIEW CHRISTIAN ACADEMY: 67
Fresta Valley fought hard against a very athletic and hot-shooting Mt. View squad, but went down to defeat 67-43. Despite staying even on the boards and in the turnover department, the team struggled to put the ball in the basket all evening, shooting 18 for 63 from the field. Brandon Worsham was exceptional on the boards with 19 rebounds and was the leading scorer with 12 points. Point guard and Sophomore, Kevin Towery contributed 11, and Dominic Powers chipped in 9 along with 7 assists. The Pioneers will be at it this Friday, as they travel to non-conference opponent: Rappahannock County High School. Game time is set for 7:30 pm.
